Araujo's (quadriceps) loan period at Scottish side Celtic has come to an end, and he's back with Bournemouth ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Analysis: Araujo had gained some momentum in Scotland, scoring one goal in February and delivering some solid performances before missing the final weeks of the campaign through a muscular issue, which also left him out of Mexico's World Cup squad. However, if he stays with his parent club after the transfer window, the defender would initially be limited to a depth role behind elements such as Adam Smith and Alex Jimenez.

Analysis: Araujo has cleared his ban due the pair of yellow cards he received in the Carabao Cup clash with Brentford.
